Gregory A. Lewis: Hello I am Greg, I am an older guy with a number of talents. I learned to go with the flow and follow what the need of the situation requires as well as what I want. I take responsibility for involving myself and seeing these things come to completion. As this blog is mainly about internal yoga, I will say that I was involved wit the philosophy of existence from a young age. I did not quite meet Chögyam Trungpa and his 2 senior tutors on the streets of Chicago in 1967 and was granted certain mystic experiences. I was 8 years old. It gave a certainty where I made choices of teachers who knew what they taught, and it has had implications in the teachings I practice. I have had a close to daily practice of kundalini meditation for 40 years, since meeting Swami Chetanananda in 1980. On the lighter side I like to play my flute, do my art and write my journals and etc.I can waste horrendous swaths of time on social media.
